Kondraki is a beautifully renovated village house nestled in the mountainous village of Nymfes, right by the small village square. It boasts stunning, uninterrupted sea views from its front balconies and a sweeping panorama over the picturesque village below.
This appealing retreat sits in a peaceful neighborhood, in between the other rural houses, and offers four air-conditioned bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 7-8 guests.
Perched on an elevated site, Kondraki is reached via a stone staircase that leads to its main entrance. This opens into a spacious, open-plan area featuring a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest WC, and a double bedroom with balcony access. The front doors lead out to a spacious balcony, offering breathtaking views of the sea and the village of Nymfes underneath. A third door opens onto a charming, covered patio in the back, complete with a built BBQ and an inviting dining area.
The interior staircase leads to the upper level, which hosts two double bedrooms, each with a private balcony (one located at the rear), a family bathroom, and a single bedroom with an optional folding bed. This bedroom also has its own balcony overlooking the serene mountainside.
This tastefully decorated home also includes a private parking space just outside the complex, conveniently close to the small square, which becomes a lively heart of local gatherings and cultural events during the summer months.
Beyond the easy access to village amenities and the main square, Kondraki's greatest asset is its unparalleled views and the scenic mountain trails nearby, which are perfect for nature enthusiasts and hiking lovers alike.
Please note that a cleaning fee of €75 is applied to your stay. This fee is to be paid directly to the owner.

Villa Kondraki provided us with a fantastic experience. The house is very well-equipped and located in a peaceful area. The bedrooms were spacious, and the lounge was a comfortable spot to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the barbecue outside. The location is great with easy access to local shops and the beach. We would definitely return!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Kondraki. The villa was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for our family of 6. The air-conditioned lounge was a great escape after a day in the sun. We loved the panoramic views from the terrace, and the nearby tavernas were fantastic. The kids enjoyed the garden, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Villa Kondraki exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, with four lovely bedrooms and great facilities. The kitchen was perfect for cooking family meals, and the outdoor terrace was ideal for evening relaxation. We appreciated the proximity to local amenities and the beautiful beaches nearby. The owner was very responsive and helpful. A truly fantastic villa!

Villa Kondraki was the ideal place for our family holiday. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The villa itself was spacious and had everything we needed, including a fantastic kitchen and comfortable lounge. The children loved the garden, and the views were amazing. The owner was great to deal with. We’d love to come back!
