The main room is LARGE and full of character and authentic furniture and paintings. The view over the rooftops and distant hills is wonderful. There is a balcony and you are able to watch the sunrise. Lovely morning sun comes into the room. The bathroom was clean and very modern.
There were 12 large and very dusty fake pot plants throughout the apartment. There was a dirty mat and dirty cloth in the kitchen. The exhaust fan and light above the stove did not work. Very plain / cheap crockery and appliances. ALL of these things detracted from the experience.
Strangely, the bed in the second ( minor) bedroom was the one that was made up - NOT the bed in the main bedroom

The hosts arranged an airport pick up and transfer to the door of the suite. The suite was large , with frescos on the ceilings
and a beautiful view from the balcony. It was centrally situated on the edge of the cathedral square with many good restaurants within close walking distance.
I would have preferred two sets of keys

Magnifique et immense appartement situé à 2 pas de la place principale. Emplacement de rêve donc. Très bel ameublement ancien. Accès au 2° étage par ascenseur.
Lits immenses et très confortables. Vue extraordinaire sur la vieille ville et la campagne alentour. Cuisine bien équipée. Lorenzo, qui gère le logement, est très réactif, il répond instantanément aux questions.
L’accès à l’unique salle de bain se fait à travers la petite chambre.
