L’appartement est joli mais pas propre et mal entretenu. Dommage!

Mieszkanie znajduje się na 8 piętrze w bloku. Jest zadbane, czyste, widok z okien i tarasu jest bardzo przyjemny. Niedaleko od bloku znajduje się mini metro, którym dostaniemy się do centrum miasta. Wyposażenie kuchni - wszystko co posiadamy w domu. Jeśli posiadasz samochód możesz zaparkować przed blokiem (od poniedziałku do piątku jest to płatne), albo można zaparkować w garażu podziemnym (bezpłatnie). Małą uciążliwością jest bardzo słabe ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem, ale to zakładam zależy od administracji, nie właściciela mieszkania.

L'appartamento è luminoso e molto caldo. Il primo giorno non abbiamo acceso i termosifoni e in casa si stava bene. E' spazioso e adatto ad una famiglia. Il proprietario è disponibile a risolvere piccoli inconvenienti.
Non mi è piaciuta la posizione. L'appartamento è vicino alla stazione di Perugia Fontivegge (per intenderci la stazione principale di Perugia).Tuttavia, anche a causa di alcuni lavori che interessano la viabilità, per arrivarci bisogna percorrere strade strette, isolate e sporche vicino la stazione. Di sera è improponibile questo percorso!
