The property is very comfortable, clean and updated. The owner was very good at communicating with us. It is an easy location to go by foot in the historic center of Perugia.
If you park the car in the garage down the hill, be prepared for many flights of stairs and escalators. This was not a problem for us but if you are unable to travel a distance with luggage, you should be aware of this. We were able to pull up closely to the door to unload and then moved the car.

Amazing in every aspect. We had a truly lovely stay. The place was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated.
The host was extremely helpful, providing great recommendations and very clear instructions. The location is perfect - you can reach the city center within minutes, and one of the best restaurants, La Taverna, is just a short walk away.
We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
