It's a very cozy and artfully decorated flat with enough room to relax and enjoy the experience of being away. The weather wasn't nice enough to use the patio area, but i imagine it's lovely in Summer. Joanna was a great host and would have been on hand had there been anything to sort, but everything was ok. The parking nearby was a bonus. We loved our stay.

The location was great and the free parking a real bonus as parking in Brighton is horribly expensive.
The basement apartment is well equipped with everything you might need.
Already tried to book again, but the dates we were looking at were unavailable.
The sofa in the sitting room is very low and not great for anyone with dodgy knees.

Close to the sea front and waitrose - only a short walk to Churchill square and the laines.
This flat is what it says on the tin and is perfectly fine if you want somewhere cheap primarily to sleep (but spend most of the day out). I was visiting for a conference so it didn't bother me too much but if you're on holiday bear in mind as a basement apartment it's dark, chilly and a bit damp. You can turn the electric heaters on if you need to but a standard hotel would be much more comfortable and I wish I had just spent more money.
