The breakfast exceeded our expectations with fresh fruit, baked goods, orange juice, coffee and much more. As well as the host was so welcoming and handled our every need with grace and kindness. Lastly, the rooms were well sized for two guests.
Our only complaint is the walls are quite thin so you can hear other guests in their room and the hallway. It's not a massive issue but could be annoying for others if you go to sleep early. Lastly, we strtuggled a bit with the keys to get into the establishment and takes a couple tries.

Everything was exceptional! Our host was extremely friendly, every morning she served us breakfast, which was very tasty and satisfying.
Attention to detail makes a difference, everything is impeccable, the design of the room shows the good taste of the host! Impeccable cleaning was carried out daily, towels were changed every day, free toiletries, toothbrush and toothpaste, as well as hair dryer. The host provided us with plain water every day, and every breakfast we had fresh oranges, a large bowl of fresh, refreshing fruit and yogurt, as well as a different menu of your choice. I had a coffee machine in my room, you could make coffee or tea whenever you wanted.
Very conveniently located, La Spezia Centrale Station is a 7-8 minute walk away.
I have only words of praise, I highly recommend La Maison du Lion!
