The location was spectacular. Only a block walk from the central train station and at the entry to the street that has the nightlife of La Spezia.
The hosts, Simone and Elisa were so warm and welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed.

The hosts simone and Elisa were great, couldn't be more helpful.
Great location minutes from the station, plenty of choices for meals around even received a free bottle of wine on arrival which was great.
Highly recommend!!
Train station is crazy busy with people trying to get to cinque terre, need patience trying to get off with luggage.

We highly recommend these apartments. Elisa and Simone were extremely helpful and kind. Simone helped us with eight suitcases, and Elisa gave us valuable tips for our stay in La Spezia and Cinque Terre. The rooms are located in a very interesting historic building with a vintage elevator. The building is in an excellent location right by the train station, and the area around it is lively and full of energy.
