About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 69 m² air-conditioned house in Salon-de-Provence to rent for up to 2 people. It comprises an attractive 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 800 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises:
- 40 m² living room with sofas, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate WC
Outside :
- A 32 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A beautiful 800 m² garden
The house is ideally located in Salon-de-Provence, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Visit Salon-de-Provence (20 min walk; bus stop at the house)
- Visits to major tourist towns (25 to 35 min): Aix, Avignon, Arles
- Hiking in the Alpilles (15 min by car) and Luberon (20 min by car); massif des côtes, du Tallagard, etc.
- Salon-de-Provence municipal outdoor Olympic swimming pool, open only in summer
- Cycling, running and walks in the Tallagard massif.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the garden, in the space indicated on arrival.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Salon-de-Provence 2.6 km (approx. 7 min. by car or 25 min. by bus)
- Nearest airport: Marseille-Provence 39 km (about 35 mn by car)
Other notes:
- The garden includes a shared vegetable patch. A neighbor waters the garden every day between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. from June 1 to September 30, and sometimes in the morning during heatwaves. The garden is not accessible to travelers, and the neighbor has no access to the terrace.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.

What an absolute dream place to stay! Gorgeous house with a little bit of space. Nice part of town and a little secluded which felt safe. We had a great time staying here. The host was so nice and so helpful!
