About this house rental
Cottage classified 3 stars by Gite de France. On the edge of the Gardon, independent house fully restored, in the countryside, shaded courtyard with separate entrance.
1 master bedroom queen size bed (160) new bedding + TV recently renovated and 1 second bedroom with 2 beds 90. Large living room with kitchen fully equipped, sitting area with convertible sofa and flat screen TV. Fully air-conditioned to compensate for the heat stroke in the summer.
Internet connection, rental from Saturday to Saturday. Animals are not allowed.
Nice spa for relaxation flowing directly into the pool 8 * 4 right next to the house. Fence with gate between the house and the pool perimeter alarm (access door code) around the pool for a maximum of security for the smallest.
Beach surrounded by garden with plants and flowers.
The pool will be shared with (we have a boy of 19 years) but it's still a nice time in the evening to discuss together walks, traditions of the region .... Open from May through September can vary depending on the weather. A heat pump ensures good temperature of the water going up a few degrees in summer period (June, July, August, September Mi)
Ideal for sin because the river is only 100m, bathing area are also nice for those who prefer to swim in the river.
Great location to visit the area (mountains and sea within 1 hour). Pont du Gard nearby. Do not forget the Avignon Festival in July major event within 30 minutes.
Here you will find the good hosts, cicadas, nature and in principle the sun.
A deposit will be required 450 euros +50 euros, the day of your arrival unless already paid directly with the time of booking on the site. After the inventory and the inventory, this deposit will be returned to you the day of your departure, after deduction of the possible costs of restoration of the places and deduction of the value of the missing or deteriorated material. A lump sum of 50 euros will be deducted from the deposit if the gîte has not been cleaned on the day of departure.

We stayed here in December and it was as a be great. Clean and all required amenities. Close du Pont du Gard. Boys enjoyed playing at soccer parc nearby. Location requires a rental car as it is in the country. Would love to come back and enjoy the pool in the summer.

Très jolie propriété, gîte conforme aux photos. Avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine avec tout le mobilier autour ( transats etc) il ne manque rien. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour , Chantal et Olivier sont des hôtes à l écoute, discrets et nous avons beaucoup aimé nos echanges et leur humour. Nous conseillons vivement.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und top und modern ausgestattet. Die Räume sind optimal geschnitten und gut möbliert. Der Pool ist groß genug und schön im Garten gelegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Zum Mietpreis kamen bei uns 80€ für Bettwäsche und Handtücher hinzu.

The house was perfect for us for a weeks stay. It was located in a village that was easily accessible to places like Nimes, Avignon and we even got to Cassis, chasing the sun that day as the weather wasnt too great. The house has everything you need but dont forget to bring your own towels as I did and we had to go and buy some. The owners live just next door, are lovely and very helpful. We got to pick all the cherries we could eat from their tree and the pool was absolutely lovely, ample seating, quiet and very relaxing. We enjoyed seeing the horses every morning and overall it was a great place to stay!
