Owner is really great and helpful. Really lovely house, beds were beautifully made and really comfortable. Toilet is a bit temperamental but it states that on the side as a warning. Shower was lovely. Kitchen really great to cook it and outside area was lovely for dining. Everything was clean and tidy.
The location was easy to find but there is a train track near the house so you can hear/feel the trains. I found it absolutely fine but the light sleepers in our group noticed it.

The property was equipped with all the facilities we needed for weekend away and very spacious,
Main bedroom double bed was comfy and spa bath was really good and its a spacious apartment suitable for 4 guests.
No blinds on bathroom window even though its frosted glass extra privacy need to be there especially as the other side is decked seatkng area.No laundry basket as in picture and the tile grout in bathroom& shower door seal need replacing its missing in areas and looks unmaintained which is disappointing considering how lovely the rest of the apartment is. We washed the spa bath ourselves before use as precaution.
The 2nd bedroom that had single beds, the mattresses were not comfy at all, we were only 2 guests so this didn't affect us, but if it was a party of 4 I wouldn't have been happy to sleep on them.
I had to reset the remote code for get TV to work. The TV is a little smaller than expected for that size room I'd advice a bigger screen for comfortable viewing.
I didn't notice the railway line nearby so the trains passing often can be a nuisance if you're a light sleeper.
