Location was good. The booking was made last minute so appreciate the quick turnaround from host. The space provided was decent for the people we needed.
I was stressing at first as the number provided was not working for the host but managed to get in touch via booking.com chat. Once we had some form of communication they then acted quickly and we appreciated this as I had a few impatient children.
There was an issue with their door code but hosts provided us with a manual key once they got to us.
Toilet seat smaller than the toilet - would recommend them to change that.
Unfortunately found a used condom behind a door. Hence why the rating for cleanliness was put down. Worst thing, it was found by the kids.
These things are fixable for future stays so don’t let the put you off.

It was actually a last minute booking as the one we had booked prior was cancelled.
My wife managed to call and speak to someone before we booked.
The host communicated with us and was very professional. We discovered my son forgot hos laptop charger when we got back home. I sent a message to host via booking.com and he put it in the post for us. How l wish we had many more hosts like this.
We wont hesitate to book the same apartment again in future
It was our first time there and customer service was great.
