Beautifully appointed in a chic coastal style, the apartment is in a prime location, situated directly on the beach front. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area has spectacular views to the sea.
Sea Spray includes Wi-Fi and a flatscreen Tv, Nespresso pod machine, dishwasher, a fully quipped kitchen and and soft linen and fluffy towels. The apartment features one king bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single room with ensuite shower room and w/c (this room has sea views) . Sea Spray features a contemporary bathroom with shower over bath with sea view window, plus a bright and airy kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and Nespresso coffee pod machine. Whitewashed wooden floors throughout this beautiful property compliment the coastal tones and furnishings. The apartment has sliding windows to the South which open to allow you to open the space up to the beach views and the sound of the waves, the perfect place to see the sun rise and set over the water.
The residential estate has a communal slipway for boats plus outdoor communal shower to wash off the sand after your day on the beach.
The apartment is situated on a private residential estate with parking available. The apartment is not suitable for parties and noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Dogs are not permitted.

It was a lovely apartment situated on the beach and it was a pleasure to come back to after a long day walking or visiting elsewhere on the coastline of Sussex.
