Posizione e panorama.
Il soppalco deve essere rinfrescato meglio. Il condizionatore posto al piano basso non riesce ad abbassare la temperatura e chi dorme sul soppalco soffre il caldo. Anche un ventilatore potrebbe bastare.
Il tavolino e le sedie erano malandate. Le viti delle sedie si staccavano e si rischia di cadere.
Il pavimento del soppalco non era pulitissimo, si sentiva la polvere.
