About this house rental
Terraced villa in the centre of Sperlonga, only 500 metres from the beach and 500 metres from the beautiful old town.
Inserted in a context of newly built villas, has driveway access with parking along the private road and independent pedestrian access.
Tastefully furnished, the villa is on two floors with entrance into the living room with single sofa bed and TV, kitchen equipped with all comforts and full bathroom with shower and washing machine.
On the upper floor the sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, a large twin bedroom, a bathroom with bath, toilet and bidet. From the balcony you can enjoy the sea view.
Two large outdoor areas, on the front and back of the house, are furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers to enjoy life in the open air.
The villa is an ideal solution to enjoy all the comforts of a pleasant holiday in the centre of Sperlonga without sacrificing the proximity of the neighboring tourist centres: Formia for shopping, the marina and ferries to the islands (Km.19); archaeological sites such as the Caves of Tiberius just 2.5 km; Gaeta with its monuments and beautiful beaches (km 15). Just over an hour from Rome and Naples.

This beautiful house is centrally located between the old city center and the beach, so it's a short walk to anywhere in Sperlonga. The neighborhood is very quiet (dead-end street). The house is very clean, very well equipped, and very spacious (there were 6 people in our group, but the house can accommodate 8 people). There are two patios (one in the front and one in the back) and two balconies (again, one in the front and one in the back). We loved to have supper on the front patio watching the sunset over the sea... the view from the house to the sea and the mountains is awesome!
The owner of the house is extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again if we are back in Sperlonga.
