Appartamento in ottima posizione per raggiungere la stazione e il centro. Appartamento molto spazioso e dotato di tutti i principali servizi. Emilia è una host molto precisa e disponibile anche a dare consigli sulle zone limitrofe e principali attrazioni.

La posizione è ottimale rispetto alla stazione (che è quello che ci interessava dovendo visitare le Cinque Terre) e anche rispetto al centro di La Spezia
La zona per quanto comoda non ci è sembrata molto ben frequentata e per quando rientravamo la sera questo non è stato piacevole.

very nice Host who delivers good advice to visit the region. Location is very convenient close to railway station as we used the train to go in the cinque terre.
warm water was available for a short period, wich is good for water saving a bit more of cutlery and flatware would have been nice to make better use of dish washer.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est top. Il est également très propre et l'hôte est très agréable !
Le stationnement est payant partout, d'où l'intérêt de venir en train. Trop peu de pression d'eau dans la douche... mais ça l'hôte n'y est pour rien...
