les équipements pour la cuisine et la salle de bain. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner+ essui tout+ paiper aluminium+sel, huile .... Shampoing et savon dans la salle de bain.
machine laver + sèche linge de bonne qualité
la terrasse est peu entretenue. La distance longue pour se rendre en centre ville à pied (40 minutes) et 20 minutes pour se rendre à la gare.
l'apprtement est idéal pour deux mais limite à trois, le canapé lit prend beaucoup de place dans la cuisine, il n'est pas facile de se déplacer dans la pièce , une fois le canapé lit ouvert.

Very good location to explore Cinque Terre by train. The accommodation has a free parking lot in front of the building and is located 3 minutes away by car to the main train station La Spezia Centrale or 15 minutes walking. Good small size apartment with a nice little garden where you can sit. Very comfortable for 2 adults but could be a bit too small for 3, despite the presence of a sofa bed in the living room. Great communication with the owner. He very kindly allowed us to check a bit later than 10:00 am. The washing machine and dryer were very handy.
A bit out of town for restaurants and shops but still accessible by foot. Beware to copy correctly the address in your GPS as there are other streets with similar names in the villages nearby! WiFi a bit weak.

L'appartamento accogliente, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno come a casa, zona tranquilla. La stazione raggiungibile a piedi per chi ama camminare (noi 😊) o con il bus ( fermata vicinissima, 5 minuti a piedi). Francesco molto disponibile, tutte le mattine avevamo messaggio da parte sua, invitandone di scriverli per qualsiasi necessità.
