The bathroom is great, except for the mirror positioned for the torso instead of the head/shoulders, and the towels weren't as expected. They should be white fluffy and fresh.
The water feature in the front yard was lovely.
There was nothing on the site to warn of an upstairs/downstairs configuration which is an issue for those with mobility issues.
No coffee sachets, only tea.
The place felt unfinished with the kitchen flatpack still with its protective blue strips and stickers on all of the appliances.
The linen was weird, not white like you would expect.
The sofa in the lounge area was uncomfortable.
