It was convenient for us, for our function we were attending
No spare blanket for the bed and no heater for the room. We got the key early in the day before check in. As pre arranged on message, as we were coming back late at night to room. When we did arrive late our room was cold as windows were left wide open. Just a courtesy thing from staff knowing we were arriving late back, to check on room to close windows would of been nice. Also to explain about where to park, would of been good. Grounds outside could do with a tidy up.

Close to Massey university as I wanted. Fairly comfortable, peaceful environment and clean. I like the place, I can go back again and tell others about it.
Staff should be more friendly to guests. They should at least refill coffee, sugar and milk for the tea/coffee station daily.
