Even though it was in the city, the townhouse still felt quiet and comfortable. The place was clean, modern and had everything we needed for our stay. The courtyard was a nice touch and having parking included made things really easy. Great location and close to everything without feeling too busy.
There was a funny smell coming from one of the bathroom sinks in the bedroom, especially in the mornings. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable overall.

Location was great and the apartment has everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
I think there are drainage issues because there were smells coming from the bathrooms before they had been used.

The property was fine, clean and tidy. Upstairs was very hot- no fans or aircon. The smoke detector in the living area was missing- highly illegal and dangerous to those sleeping in the property. Curtain hooks were broken so curtains were untidy. There was a big notice telling us not to use a socket?

Convenient location with lots of choices for eating out in Ponsonby close by. It was surprisingly quiet with other properties nearby but we didn’t hear anyone.
Some milk for a cup of tea on arrival would have been good -but otherwise it suited us fine.
