L'emplacement, la sécurité, la propreté. C'était vraiment top. On s'est senti chez soi. Apparemment lumineux
La plaque d'induction a une sécurité pour les enfants qu'on n'a pas compris au départ. Mais par la suite tout s'est bien passé.

Dit was een heel mooi appartement, met apparte slaapkamer. De kamer had een Franse uitstraling waar wij naar opzoek waren en was voorzien van alle gemakken. Goed uitgeruste keuken, fijne zit gelegenheid. Badkamer is klein maar alles wat je nodig hebt. Locatie is helemaal goed hier. Binnen 3 minuten sta je midden in het centrum. Met de auto kun je betaald parkeren langs het appartement. Na 6 uur en in het weekend gratis anders max 4 uur parkeren. Wat heel fijn was met koffers. Voor de andere dagen stond de auto in de parkeergarage 3 minuten lopen. Ik heb zelf een aantal dagen gewerkt aan de keukentafel, internet was goed en stabiel en er was een stopcontact naast de tafel, wat echt heel prettig was in mijn geval.
Vergeet niet dat je voor de auto en milieusticker nodig hebt.
Deze eigenaar heeft vast een slechte ervaring gehad met gasten. Je moet een forse borg betalen voordat je aankomt. En er hangt een prijslijst voor alles wat je evt stuk zou kunnen maken. Wat vervelend aanvoelt als je net binnen komt. We hebben ons er niet door laten leiden en het contract verliep verder soepel en vriendelijk. Een dag na vertrek stond de borg terug op mijn rekening. Niets aan de hand.

Tiene muy buena ubicación cerca de la estación de tren y del centro de la ciudad, hay supermercados cerca. La cama es muy cómoda, el piso está en un edificio muy tranquilo y la puerta es muy segura tenía una cerradura automática que parecía que era para una caja fuerte de seguridad, al cerrar la puerta a los 5 segundos se cerraba automáticamente bajo llave, me sentí muy segura en los días que estuve ahí.
Lo que no me gustó es que pide un depósito de 350€ es demasiado, también al finalizar mi estancia se inventó o más bien según el conserje le dijo al anfitrión que yo no había cerrado la puerta del piso que la había dejado abierta, lo cual fue una gran mentira, y ese mismo rato me vuelve a decir el anfitrión que no hubo robo, yo estoy habituada a alquilar pisos así en mis viajes y se como funciona al dejar el piso, creo que su intención era no devolverme el depósito, pero me puse en contacto con atención al cliente para informar la incidencia, y a los días se me devolvió el importe del depósito. También la temperatura del piso no era la ideal estaba frío, en un manual que hay decía que la calefacción se enciende cuando bajaba la temperatura de 20 grados, pero nunca se encendió, Se lo dije al anfitrión y me dice que se encendía cuando bajaba a 19 grados lo cual tampoco pasó. Así que no es nada acogedor el piso, parecía muy abandonado y le faltaba una limpieza a fondo, el baño olía mal, y el mueble que tiene ni siquiera te podías lavar los dientes o la cara, había un espejo que sobresalía mucho y quitaba espacio al lavabo.

Good location, only a short walk away from the city centre. It’s next to a Main Street but the bedroom is facing the backyard, so we didn’t hear any noise during the night.
The booking process is very complicated. To sign a short term rental contract and leaving a deposit of 350€ when only staying there for 2 nights is a bit too much from our point of view. We got all of the deposit back, but still.. we travel a lot and have never seen so complicated booking conditions.
