Easy communication with the host. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in this studio apartment. It was right next to a main street as well, which made things accessible but quiet at the same time.
The bed was comfortable but they had a plastic-feeling cover on it that was loud when you moved. It would be better with a regular cloth mattress pad. I also was surprised we had to strip the bed ourselves at the end of the stay.

Die kommunikation war von der Buchung bis zur Abreise excellent. Sehr schönes Gebäude in der wundervollen Altstadt von Rouen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, die techn. Anlagen (Heizung) sehr gut beschreiben. Schade das wir unsere Gastgeber nicht kennengelernt haben. Preis Leistung unschlagbar. Merci beaucoup
Das Parken ist etwas umständlich in diesem alten Viertel. Auch da haben uns die Vermieter auf Nachfrage sehr geholfen.

Piccolo appartamento in pieno centro città accanto a tutte le comodità!! Pulita e ben tenuta.
Le noti dolenti: purtroppo il parcheggio è a pagamento; ci hanno dato solo 1 asciugamano a testa; abbiamo trovato solo numero 2 cialde per il caffè; neanche una merendina per la colazione; non vi era nemmeno una bottiglietta di acqua.

Great location, quiet area even if we are very close to bars restaurants and city center, perfect for a short stay, nice.
Not perfectly clean, shower clogged with a bit of a smell, the pictures make the apartment look better than it actually is. We can hear everything from the room next to us (but everybody was quiet, we appreciate it)
