La posizione è eccezionale, vicinissima al centro e alle principali attrazioni di Rouen, In prossimità c'è un supermarket, panetteria/pasticceria e ristorantini. Appartamento al terzo ed ultimo piano di una casa tradizionale, molto luminoso, possibilità di parcheggio in cortile privato. Appartamento arredato con gusto, letti comodi, ampia cucina e ben attrezzata, frigorifero molto capiente, Doccia in vasca, ma comoda. Bella vista sulla città, Presenza di molte prese elettriche,
nulla. L'unico neo possono essere le scale, ma in un locale storico/tradizionale non si può pretendere l'ascensore.
