As with everything there are good and bad…Let’s start with the bad. If you are looking for something that is quiet with no neighbor noise this might not be your place. You can hear every foot step from yup stair but in fairness the people below us probably heard us as well. The building is rather old. The stairs coming up need to be vacuumed bad there is lots of pet hair on them. The hot tub wasn’t working, but they gave us ample warning and a chance to cancel if we wanted. Which was really appreciated. The kitchen is bare minimum stocked glad I brought a pot and a strainer with me. And my largest and last complaint was parking. It is very tight and very full. Street parking is really hard to find too. Now for the good… which far out weigh the bad! we will be coming back. Since we have a kid, the foot steps above us didn’t bother us too much. The location is perfect to the beach and the view is fantastic. Perfect place if you are traveling with pets. We will bring them (our dogs) next time. Loved the fire place. The location as far as geographically is close to Safeway food and the casino. The price was very fair. The communication with management was rapid and very helpful. Check in and out was a breeze. Very happy we stayed here.

Very close to the ocean with easy access, love I was able to bring my dog. Needs some updating and better kitchens suppies. Over all it was a great experience I would stay again.
