Return of the Jetty is a newly remodeled ground floor unit that sleeps four. This beautiful one bedroom one bathroom condo has a fully stocked kitchen with brand new memory foam king mattress to make your sleep a truly restful experience. This unit also features not one but two brand new 55 inch smart tv's. This unit has an amazing ocean view and has a awesome balcony with chairs to relax in. This unit has access to our amazing amenities including our heated pool, game room, and laundry facilities.
Heads up! A large-scale construction project is kicking off in August 2025 at Surftides Plaza. Expect daytime noise, visible crews, and general disruptions throughout the property. If you're looking for a peaceful daytime retreat, this likely won't be the right fit at this time.

Great space accommodations for our four piece and family dog to enjoy a family get away to the beach! Excellent beach access and a little dog walking park just a block away. It was a great location to the pool and game room offered. Bring quarters and laundry soap if you plan on needing to perform laundry duties!

The location was excellent, but there were the following problems:
1. The shower curtain was way to large for the bath tub. As a result, about half of the tub was taken up by the shower curtain that bunched up at the bottom of the tub. An incredible liability issue because of danger of slipping. Particularly because there are no grab bars in the shower/bath.
2. The supply of cutlery was very low -- only a few spoons and forks. Not enough for a family of more than 2 people, unless you want to wash spoons and forks before every meal.
3. The keyless entry system was challenging. It usually took several attempts before it actually worked. Then, on the second day of our stay our combination didn't work. We called the emergency number, and were very promptly helped to get in. Not a problem for 2 retired people, but a family with young children would be very inconvencied.
