Welcome to 361 which we call Bring Home the Beacon. This well-appointed top-floor condo has everything you need for a comfortable ocean view stay on your next family getaway. The thoughtful decor and extras will add another layer of enjoyment while you are visiting lovely Lincoln City. This unit is perfect for families traveling with children. The front shared living space features a queen Murphy bed that will allow for extra sleeping, but is able to fold up during the day to give you the space to enjoy the condo in comfort. The master suite features a King bed and loads of closet space as well as it's own private bathroom. A second full bathroom can be found just down the hall in the shared front space. The condo also provides a pack-n-play for the extra tiny travelers in your party. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet dinner as well as a dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze.
The dining table has an extra leaf that is available to give ample space for family game nights or dinners together. With two flat screens, DVD players, a CD player, and loads of board games and puzzles throughout, you and your family will never run out of things to do. When you aren't enjoying the comforts and amenities inside, take a walk down to the indoor heated salt water pool—another great amenity to enjoy during your trip. Right next to the pool, you will find a game room where you can challenge your friends and family to a competitive game of ping pong or just lounge and catch up on a good book.
Surftides Plaza Condominiums is conveniently located next to restaurants, shopping, and the casino but the best part is the easy access to the beach. The Surftides Plaza Condos have their own private beach access just on the other side of the street for guests to easily and quickly get their toes in the sand. The sunsets are always better at the beach, and the top-floor views this condo will provide will certainly not disappoint. Enjoy a nightcap on the balcony with the comfy chairs and table provided. We were looking for a place right on the beach to stay with our dog for one night. It was the perfect fit for that. However if cleanliness is very important to you this is probably not the spot for you. But if you’re low maintenance like us it’s a great budget stay in a great spot.

The property is unassuming from the outside, but close to the beach with easy access and great amenities - an indoor pool, game room, laundry facilities, etc. I appreciated that there were outdoor foot spray/spigots outfitted to help rinse sand. This unit was updated and extremely clean - kudos to the housekeeping team! It was definitely more spacious that we were expecting and perfectly suited our family of 3 a puppy. Parking is limited and crowded (peak season), but we were always able to find a spot (even with a full-sized truck). Communication from the property was exceptional!!

The rental was roomy. It desperately need a detailed cleaning. The sofa and rugs smelled of wet dogs. When you clean, don't just wipe down, actually clean with sanitizing cleaners. The overall condition of the property has greatly decreased since our first stay there. The furniture should be replaced with material that can be easily cleaned, and the carpet rugs need to be cleaned often or taken out. Do better!
