VILLA POGI - AREZZO AREA
Villa Pogi is located in the heart of the beautiful Chianti area, close to the most important art cities of Tuscany, 25 km far from Arezzo, 35 km from Siena and 55 km from Florence. With beautiful Tuscan hills, famous wine estates, ancient spa complexes and amazing history this truly is the best place to discover and experience Tuscany from.
Villa Pogi is a recently restored 350 square meters mansion built on two levels with all the modern comforts and at the same time, keeping all the charm of the old villa. At this beautiful property we can find antique fireplaces, wood ceilings and wood burning oven once used to make bread that give a sense of warmth and cosiness.
The sleeping area consists of two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with twin beds and another double bedroom with en suite bathroom, making it a total of 5 bedrooms and accommodating 10+2 people with the possibility of adding extra beds upon request. There are 4 bathrooms.
There are two large living areas, one with a pool table, and a well-equipped kitchen.
The exterior of the villa offers a 4000 square meters enclosed garden with a large pool (10x20m, 1.50 - 2.50m deep) that is shared with the other property on the estate, and beautiful cypress trees.
Facilities: swimming pool (10x20m), free wi-fi Internet, parking, linen change (first set included), satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, pizza oven.
On request and at extra cost we offer: maid service, local cook, cooking classes, wedding planner.
