A perfectly located hotel for a visit to the old town and for a walk along the Ulcinj beach. Spectacular view and very nice and quiet (we visited in Oktober, so its the off season. The loud beach clubs the other guests commented are probably an issue in the summer season). Ample parking was available right next to the hotel and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
A few cosmetic improvements need to be made here and there which the owners will fix in the off season.

Die traumhafte Aussicht auf den kleinen Strand von Ulcinj! Das Zimmer war großzügig und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich, familiär und super hilfsbereit.
Da ich spät abends eingecheckt hatte und nicht mehr raus zum Essen wollte hat mir die Mamma noch traditionelles Essen zubereitet. 🥰
Die Lage ist perfekt. Ideal für einen Spaziergang zur Altstadt und einer Wanderung durch den Pinienwald zum velika plaža von ulcinj.
Komme sehr gerne wieder!
Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann sind es die noch fehlenden Nachttischlampen.

Kind hosts always ready to assist. Location is very nice!
Three things can be improved:
1 - Rotten smell coming from the toilet (in both rooms I used). Must be coming from the pipes.
2 - Light blinking near the curtain. Found out when I went to bed. Had to move to another room. Quite inconvenient.
3 - Bed linens did not look clean.
