Wonderful location, sea view terrace in the comfortable room, easy check in / out, breakfast on the sea view terrace, beautiful beach with a lot of space for swimming, lovely islands, very good area for kids swimming, friendly team, magic coffee on the reception, nice three colors cat, nearby old city and market place, easy to access by car (compare to other hotels around), suitable parking.

- There were a lot (and I mean a lot) of maintenance issues. The first room we stayed in the electrical rollers shutters in the bedroom were broken so it couldn't close or open, a night stand light was broken, as well as a wardrobe door.
- We switched room and the maintenance issues continued. There were wardrobe doors that were broken, several lamps inside and on the balcony that did not work, a drawer in the bathroom taped with masking tape, a night stand missing a leg etc. To be fair the hotel addressed the thing we pointed out, but at some point we just felt bothered by having to point out all the things that did not work or were broken.
- We struggled with a lack of cleaning. We stayed for three weeks and our impression was that they did not have a good routine for how to do a more thorough cleaning for longer stays. For example rooms only got vacuumed after check out, while you were staying there they broomed and rough mopped the floors leaving our floors pretty bad after a while. We also had to ask them after a week to please clean things such as mirrors, the shower, and the balcony glass doors because it wasn't getting done. Our impression was that this was more do to lack of routine than ill will.
- The rooms come with a small kitchen area, but hardly any equipment to do any cooking. There was a small frying pan and a pot, but no spatula, or kitchen knife, or cutting board etc.
- The hotel has an area with sunbeds and umbrellas, but the beds are an extra 25 euros per day. We were staying three weeks, so it would have been hundreds and hundreds of euros extra if we were to use the hotels facilities. We ended up just buying sunbeds and an umbrella to put on the free beach next to the hotel for the cost of two days at the hotels facility.
- There were some health and safety issues like an electrical outlet and open wiring INSIDE the shower, lack of smoke detectors, lack of emergency exit signs og lights etc.
- The beds lacked a mattress topper
