It's a small neighborhood hotel located within a walking distance to the beach, market and numerous restaurants and shops nearby.
Some fine tuning of AC/Heating system, switching to door key card .

I have stayed at the Hotel Dolcino several times pre pandemic and always enjoyable my stay. The same situation this time, with a nice room, a good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. This is a hotel I would strongly recommend for a stay in Ulcinj. Also liked the Hotel Albatross beach and Kafana Rekord restaurant on Main Street.

Very kind and helpful women, who cooked breakfast and cleaned the room! Room was cleaned very well every day! And towels were changed every day as well. 24-hours friendly guard on entrance. supermarket idea is near and a lot of shops to spend money are nearby. Nice place to stay!
Continental breakfast was ok, but the same all days. Water in shower disappeared rather slowly, so myself (or my sister) had to wait for a while, before it became possible to take a shower one after another. There is no lift in the hotel, so if your bag is heavy, it might be a bit difficult to take it upstairs. But the very women, who cleaned our room, helped up to carry it on :-) actually, she was very helpful in everything we needed! And the last point: if you got used to go to bed early, bars nearby will disturb you with music till 1 a.m. (in September).

It was a correct hotel. not amazing, not horrible.
The situation is good, close to the center. The rooms are quiet even that it is in the main Street.
The building and the rooms are quite old.
Difficult to find a parking.
