First impressions were very good as the property was spotlessly clean (I met the cleaner as we were leaving and complimented her on her good work).
Penarth is a really nice part of Cardiff with a very pleasant town centre with a really lovely park (Alexandra Park) and even a promenade and a pier.
Our host (Rhiannon) kept us well informed and did everything she said she would do.
Overall, a really good property in a nice area and I would definitely stay there again.
