First floor: bedroom (double bed 160 cm, single bed, TV) with en-suite spa bathroom and toilet. Bedroom (double bed 160 cm, single bed, TV) with en-suite bathroom (shower and corner bath) and toilet.
First floor via external staircase: bedroom (double bed 160 cm, TV) with en-suite shower room and toilet.
Optional additional guest room in an outbuilding (double bed 140 cm) with shower room, toilet, and kitchenette. (+€80/night)
Unprotected pond and river. Private garden and terraces on a 4000 m² property shared with the owners.
Heated outdoor swimming pool (10 x 3.60 m, 1.40 m deep) open from April to October, secured with a roller shutter.
The pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the gîte.

Ketty Sina was born in Gabon into a family of Cameroonian origin. She arrived in France at the age of 16 and was spotted two years later by Claude François. Galas, TV shows, trips... She spent some great moments alongside the famous singer. Today, she shares her life between her restaurant in Paris, where she organizes evenings in honor of the singer, and her mill in Appenai-sous-Bellême with her husband Marcel, where they have opened guest rooms.
