About this house rental
On a 1.2 hectare estate, family house with fully private heated swimming pool and tennis court. Comfortable house with private bathrooms in each bedroom. Ideal for two or three families with children. All shops on site and direct access to the forest and the GR22. 500 meters from the Museum of French Emigration to Canada and the Museum of Commerce and Brands. 7 km from the Soligny la Trappe pond leisure center (water slides, boats, pedal boats, children's games, pétanque, mini-golf, canoes-kayaks, paddle). 10 km from the Brasserie du Perche.
The house consists of 6 bedrooms and a cabin area:
Bedroom 1: 180 cm bed (2x 90 cm) and cabin area with single bed and bathroom
Bedroom 2: 160 cm bed (2x80) and bathroom with WC
Adjoining bedrooms 3 and 4: 140 cm bed and two single beds and bathroom with WC
Bedroom 5: two single beds and open bathroom
Bedroom 6: 160cm bed (2x 80) and bathroom with WC
A games room-office with DVD player
A living room with two sofas and television
A dining room with a large oak table that can accommodate up to 16 people
The equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, two dishwashers, etc.) has a dining area for children.
A laundry room adjoining the house and facing the swimming pool with shower, sink, toilet is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and a second fridge/freezer.
The house has WIFI.
The rental is a traditional rental, it does not include linens or a cleaning fee (double beds are equipped with 260 cm wide duvets and single beds with 140 cm wide duvets).

We had a lovely stay. Lovely bakery, butcher, coffee shop and restaurant all within walking distance of the property. Also a Carrefour Connect in the village too. The house was perfect for our party of 11 (7x 18 and 4x under 18). The grounds were much bigger than we’d thought, and with the heated pool, tennis court, table tennis and table football, there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. The rooms are a really nice size too.

Beautiful house and grounds. Everything we needed for a family holiday. Anne was a very helpful host and answered all our questions. The location on the edge of the village was perfect - everything was just a walk away and the nearby forest with marked walks was lovely

Beautiful house, lovely grounds and facilities, thoroughly recommended. There were twelve of us, six children and six adults and we had a super time. Our hostess was extremely helpful and we’d love to return.
