Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, office, and laundry room (with dryer) and toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160cm x 200cm, 1 single sofa bed) with en-suite shower room and toilet; 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90cm x 200cm) with en-suite shower room; 2 bedrooms (2 double beds 160cm x 200cm), bathroom, and toilet.
A fully restored former bread oven, 15m from the main house, comprises: on the ground floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160cm x 200cm), shower room with toilet; upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90cm x 200cm).
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Terrace and garden of 1,500 m²
Parking with electric vehicle charging station (7 kW) with billing based on consumption.
Option to rent the 80 m² reception room (unfurnished) with equipped kitchen (up to 60 people), speakers, Wi-Fi, and HDMI video projector with motorized projection screen, changing rooms, and accessible restrooms, on-site and reserved for guests of the gîte: €450/weekend.
For business clients: mandatory cleaning fee. Former farmhouse (no longer in operation) of an 18th and 19th-century château with a turret, situated in a very peaceful setting of meadows and woods.
The completely independent gîte is located in the Normandy-Maine Regional Natural Park and on the edge of the Perche Regional Natural Park.
