La Terrazza Felice - in centro a Perugia

Host met us outside as we pulled in to the property. She was so friendly! We had a huge balcony too

Great location in historic centre, steps away from Palazzo dei Priori. Also for the old world charm of the place, including the ancient elevator that was dead slow but did the job in the end. Beautiful terrace overlooking the countryside outside Perugia.

Sometimes old charm turns into outdated and the kitchen really needs repairs, especially the fridge, and some new appliances. Also the mattress that doesn't fit the bedframe, the shutters that can't be fixed to the wall and make a lot of noise in windy weather.

Die freundliche Dame am Telefon – noch bevor wir angekommen sind – war sehr hilfsbereit. Auf der Terraaaaaaaaaaasse kann man frühstücken, mit Blick über die Dächer Perugias. Einzigartig. Die Wohnung ist etwas Besonderes: eine alte, schön renovierte Wohnung. Dia Lage sowieso TOP - ganz im Zentrum. TIP für die Gäste: 1. Einfache aber BESTE (beste!) Trattoria: Botetga dei Priori - Ausgezeichnetes, aber wirklich AUSGEZEIHNETES Essen, sehr freundlicher Besitzer und günstige Preise. 2. Unbedingt besuchen: die erste Konditorei von Luisa Spagnoli (Primo laboratorio Perugina) in der Via Galeazzo Alessi 23. Klingeln Sie, falls niemand da ist, oder gehen Sie zur Unterseite des Hauses in die Via Angusta, wo ein freundlicher Guide arbeitet.

Ottima la posizione, centralissima Terrazza con vista meravigliosa

Palazzo molto datato, con ascensore lento e malfunzionante (bisogna tenere premuto per 90" il bottone per far sì che arrivi e tener premuto il pulsante del piano desiderato per arrivare a destinazione) Alloggio non pulito con cura (polvere e capelli negli angoli del pavimento, nel bollitore resti di latte da usi precedenti) Biancheria da letto macchiata e usurata. Completa assenza di tovaglioli di carta e strofinacci per asciugare le stoviglie. Biancheria insufficiente per le persone in casa e per il tempo di permanenza. Tavoletta del water attaccata solo per metà, che si è staccata al primo utilizzo, con annesso rischio di cadere.
