Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente.
L’ambiente è nuovo, curato nei minimi dettagli e soprattutto impeccabilmente pulito, cosa che ho apprezzato tantissimo.
Un ringraziamento speciale va a Gianluca, host estremamente disponibile, gentile e sempre pronto a dare consigli utili per rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

Gianluca ti sa accogliere in maniera impeccabile. Dalla struttura in 10/15 minuti di macchina si può raggiungere tranquillamente il centro. Camera nuova e molto spaziosa.

The location is convenient for those who need to be in the area. There are shops and a gas station nearby. Parking is quite convenient.
The apartment is on the ground floor of an industrial building. It has a convenient entrance, very spacious hallways, and high ceilings. It's decorated in a modern, minimalist style.
Self-check-in took just one minute (finding the key in the front door safe).
The room is very spacious. It's divided into two parts: a bedroom with panoramic windows and a kitchen-living room with a small partition. There's a spacious bathroom with a shower and bidet.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, and a convection oven.
There are two air conditioners.
The linens and towels are clean.
But that's all that can be said in this part of the review. The rest was ruined by the lack of management.
The room is very cold. The air conditioners are poorly maintained and likely require regular maintenance, which isn't done. I don't know if they'll cool the air in the summer, but you can't count on them in the colder months.
Hot water is provided by a 50-liter boiler, which is completely inadequate for two people. If you need to wash dishes and shower yourself, that's definitely not enough.
The apartment comes with a kitchen. However, the only utensils for cooking are an old, dirty saucepan. The dinnerware consists of three plates, two forks, and three glasses. No mugs, no kettle, no coffee maker.
If the property is offered as an apartment with a kitchen, it's assumed that you'll be able to prepare a simple dinner or breakfast. But with such a set of utensils, you'll have to make your own tea in a saucepan, and if you bring your own tea, you'll have to drink it from glass cups. In such places, guests are always provided with salt, pepper, and vegetable oil—essential for a traveler who wants to cook for themselves—but this is certainly not the case here.
A hair dryer, listed on the website, was only provided upon request, after half a day.
The only consumables were dishwashing detergent, a full liter, and the bathroom was completely empty, not even toilet paper. A request for toilet paper went unheeded.
Our initial impression of the size and quality of the premises in which the apartment is located was completely ruined by what we encountered. It's clear that management of this facility has been entrusted to someone who doesn't care about results and doesn't care about their guests.
I won't want to return.
I do not recommend it!
