Posizione ottima, anche per chi viaggia con bambini perché il Centro è raggiungibile a piedi. Nonostante sia ai lati di una strada, all'interno non si percepiscono rumori. Casa accogliente e grande giardino esterno, anche questo ottimo per chi viaggia con bambini. Grazie!
Ci sono alcune piccole cose che si possono sistemare (es. Zanzariere), ma tutte cose di bassa rilevanza.

La casa molto bella,fornita di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una super vacanza. Il giardino ci ha permesso di fare colazione all’aperto e abbiamo apprezzato molto. Dante è stato meraviglioso,super disponibile e pronto a risolvere ogni imprevisto. Posizione strategica per visitare Perugia a piedi.

Tolle Lage, alleinstehender Bungalow mit gepflegtem Garten, privater Parkplatz ( Größe für ca VW Bus) der gesichert ist mit zwei (!!) Toren; Ansprechende Einrichtung. Hervorzuheben ist, dass in der Wohnung überall an genug Licht gedacht wurde. Insgesamt funktional ausgestattet, aber mit Blick fürs Detail und nichts war kaputt. Es war zudem sehr sauber. Es hat zwar etwas Berufsverkehr morgens und abends unterhalb des Gartens, nachts ist es aber sehr ruhig. Perugia Zentrum ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
