Downtown location. Room 103 was on the street side which was quieter than the side facing the live music.
They have a new key system that uses an app on your phone. Still has some bugs. They will probably figure it out. The staff was able to give us an alternative which worked fine.

Very convenient for exploring around Galway
Nothing.
People complain about the noise. But we were informed of that before we arrived.

Clean room, good breakfast .
No facilities to put clothes, no drawers, cupboard or wardrobe only some hooks on the wall so only suitable for overnight stay.
Music is playing under rooms until 2am although I was warned about this when booking.
