Being close to the Galway restaurants, pubs, music, & hotel, we’re a plus. The 2:30 am outdoor revelry could be heard but not a problem. The hotel room was small; but included 2 twin beds with just enough walking room, a full bath (toilet, small sink & shower),a smart TV, fulfilling breakfast options & a staff willing to accommodate when necessary.
Be in shape yo lug luggage up 2-3 floors; although the staff was there to assist us in our 79d

Location was near pubs and restaurants. Can be a little noisy but you are supplied with ear plugs. Which we didnt need. It is the spainish quarter so would suit younger visitors.
Its an 600 year old building so no lift up just narrow step stairs. Again suit younger visitors
Im 70 but managed. Rooms small.
Breakfasts good.

Great location. Very nice staff. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Breakfast was fresh.
Room and bathroom were very small.
Breakfast was continental which wasn’t made clear when booking.

Room very small, can only get of double bed on one side.
Cannot get out of bed when ensuite door open.
A glass or plastic cup to rinse mouth after brushing teeth would be nice.
