They were very accommodating with are later than planned arrival (rain and gps delays).

Location excellent, right across from UHG, and only a short walk down the canal to the city centre. Lots of shops and cafes nearby, and public transport right across the road. Easy access and egress to/from the city. Great breakfast! Lovely hosts.
The only down side was the noise above me. I was on the ground floor and the floorboards above me where noisy, so I didn't get a great night's sleep the first night. I rectified it the second night with a sleeping tablet, but if you're a light sleeper, maybe choose a first floor room. It's only a small thing though, as everything else was excellent.

The location was excellent. It is walking distance to everything if you are able. We walked everywhere. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the property is close to restaurants.
We found the room small and when you have wet coats etc., nowhere to hang your wet clothes except in the bathroom and then no place to hang your wet towel. We found it expensive for such a small room.
