Convenient location. Excellent facilities (it does need a cafetiere though!). Very comfortable. Lots to see and do in Bury St Edmunds. Amazing bathroom on the top floor, really special. Great stay, thanks.
A fuller description of the kitchen equipment would be useful, plus a note to say the wood burner was not to be used by guests. Just for clarity. I was concerned about access to the property. My instructions only came a couple of hours before check-in, despite asking what the arrangements would be 3 times in the days before arriving. The host could easily say that there is a lock box and that the code would be provided on the day. I was left feeling anxious!

This is our second stay at this excellent property. It’s very close to the town and is warm, comfortable and cosy.
We love the bathroom in the attic space and the open living area downstairs. The property has everything you need for a short stay.
