Light and bright house. Nice rooms. Nice shower. Clean, tidy, parking for two cars, great kitchen. Sam the host was so nice to us too. Everything very easy and hosts are very responsive.
Maybe one more small chair or seat downstairs if a friend pops in. Local map to help advise about going thru the alley in the other close on foot into town as Sat nav does not pick it up.

We loved the house but for our purposes it was not within walking distance of town.We always used a taxi.It would be useful to state distance to town centre in advert

Clean, tidy, well decorated, comfortable, quiet location and able to walk into town centre reasonably easily.
Lack of a freezer or freezing compartment in fridge - not the end of the world but unexpected and could have been a problem if we had ordered frozen supplies to be delivered on arrival. Lack of a wardrobe/hanging space in main bedroom. (This might have been a problem if there had been someone staying in the second bedroom.) If three people were staying in the property, extra seating would have been preferable in lounge/dining area.
