House was clean and well stocked with all we needed. Beds were exceptionally comfy. Location was excellent, just a very short walk into the town center. I would 100% recommend this house. Host was very responsive.

Spotlessly clean, walking distance to the city centre. Beautifully decorated, great initial communication with Kathryn with loads of suggestions of where to go locally and prompt responses. Comfortable beds and many welcomed amenities.
Parking is an issue as it's residents only from 9am-5pm. Public parking nearby but at a cost.
Steep stairs, bathroom out of the kitchen on different floor to bedrooms. Can be noisy in the front room from street noise.

A nice little secure pebbled garden, house had everything we needed for a couple of days.
Lock boxes are great for both parties - less stress on timings.
Over night parking was easy, day time a tad trickier as it's a 'residents zone 9-5'
Stairs are very steep - care needed!
