Very well appointed apartment in lovely location overlooking botanic gardens. host Elena very helpful. Don't recall if ad mentioned that it was up two flights of steep stairs? we were fine but not suitable for mobility issues or heavy luggage. very well equipped. think it was designed by a man (!) as very few plugs except around the TV and in bathroom. So charging phones a challenge. Heating system isn't explained in the house manual so wasted time and energy trying to get air cooling/warming system to actually heat the house. this was addressed when we contacted Elena and solved that evening however back to normal the following day with some cold radiators. System needs revising and simplifying as in winter it's a cold flat. Generally loved it and would return. A few more lamps would be nice in living room as overhead lighting a bit brutal.

The apartment was wondeful. Clean, spacious, and modern. The beds were so comfy! And the air conditioning units were a welcome sight after a long day of sightseeing in summer! The parking option was extremely helpful as we had a rental car. The stairs to the apartment are steep and narrow -something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues. It was not an issue for our family. Would definitely stay here again!

A very luxueuze appartement in the center of Antwerpen. Comfy bathrobes and beds that invite you for a long and healthy sleep. The kitchen is more than fully ecquiped. And all of this at a 5 minutes walk from the city center.
The only thing were the stairs; therefore the appartement is not suitable for people who are disabled.
