About this apartment rental
The apartments are located in a beautiful building of three floors with separate entrances. The large staircases lead to the two separate apartments, both with rooms overlooking the field and with living rooms overlooking the canal. Suggestive passage of gondolas that can be seen from the large windows.
The building does not have an elevator.
San Marco Terrace and Canal View: Large and elegant apartment recently renovated located on the third floor. The accommodation is elegantly furnished and is accessed by a refined wooden staircase with gold inserts typical of the century of construction. This apartment includes two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath; an independent kitchen; a bedroom with wardrobe, TV, and a large and comfortable queen size bed; a second bedroom with queen size bed, sofa, wardrobe, and TV.
The living room overlooks the canal and is furnished with a sofa, table, and television. From here you can then access the altana (typical Venetian terrace built on the roof) from which you can enjoy a fascinating view of the city and where you can spend evenings by candlelight sipping good wine. There are two sofa beds in the apartment.
Our guests will have additional amenities such as Free Wifi, air conditioning, heating, TV, and a hairdryer.
* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
*Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay.

Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.
The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists from all over the world every day.
The most famous local event is definitely the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.
Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.
Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 25-minute drive away.

On our way to visit family friends in Vicenza, I took my daughter and son (12 and 21) to Venice for a day and overnight excursion. We found this property a perfect fit for us in size and location the the sights we were most interested in. Also it's located right next to a COOP grocery, so super convenient to groceries, which is a big deal for my family!

The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed! Our check-in was a little challenging as we didn’t receive the directions to the property which can be a little tricky and communication with the property manager was somewhat sporadic. However, the location was lovely and we enjoyed our staying in Venice!
