About this apartment rental
Very bright apartment at the 3rd floor of a typical Venetian building on Campo Santa Marina, with characteristic canal views. It consists of three double and one single bedroom, a comfortable living-room with one sofa-bed, a very practical wardrobe room, a large kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. It has all comforts, and the furniture is simple and functional, with lovely little coloured tiles on the white walls and warm parquet flooring. With a 5 minutes walk you are at Rialto bridge; within 10 minutes by foot you reach Piazza San Marco. By its location and features this recently restored apartment is ideal for a holiday in Venice in terms of quality, location and price.

Great host. Great location. This place was ideal for our family's stay in Venice. It’s a large, spacious apartment within steps of a canal for water taxi access. It’s minutes by foot from the main attractions, and other nice areas, but we like the relatively quiet location, away from the throngs of tourists. There’s a grocery store around the corner as well as a great spot for takeout pasta. We made good use of the well equipped kitchen.
Orial met us at arrival and was very helpful and responsive. He made sure our departure to airport by water taxi went smoothly.
I highly recommend this stay.

Warning: Confirm the price of the night before your arrival because we had the unpleasant surprise of a 10% increase on arrival! Apart from that, the apartment is in keeping with the description and pleasant to live.
