Apartment available for medium/long-term stays with a rental contract (minimum 30 nights), located in the Historic Centre just 200 metres from the Rialto Bridge. The apartment is on the first floor and consists of a large, bright living room with a dining table, 3 bedrooms (two double and 1 twin), a lounge, a fully equipped kitchen and two shower bathrooms. Upon request, two additional sleeping places can be added on a sofa bed (in the lounge). Maximum capacity 8 people (ID: 027042-LOC-14835).

Everything was excellent, especially the location.
The only problem was the sink in the master bathroom was completely clogged during our stay and wasn't fixed . That left us with a bad experience.

We had a great stay in Venice! Close to the Rialto Bridge. Within walking distance of shopping, eateries, and the sites of Venice. The only bad thing was that the 4th bed was only a pull out couch, which was not comfortable. Other's all was great.
