About this bed and breakfast
Grand Canal Suite has six rooms furnished in a contemporary and elegant style, all equipped with heating, refrigerator, closet or closet, iron, and ironing board.
A reading area with sofas and armchairs has also been recreated in the large common room where you can relax after a day spent among the calli of Venice.
Large room on the fourth floor overlooking the Grand Canal. This room has a double bed, closet, sofa, and two accessorized bathrooms with a shower.
The space is suitable for a maximum of two people.
The building does not have an elevator.
*Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

This is a great property in a great location. It is very close to the train station and vaporetto station. The views from the suite and common areas are beautiful. The suite was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. The only downside was that bed is a queen size bed and not a king size bed as shown in the pictures. The hosts were very accommodating with storing our luggage on the day of check out. If you have a lot of luggage be aware that it is on the third floor with a lot of steps. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly as shown. It's nice that it's next to the train station but is a far walk to Saint Marc's Sqaure and beyond. The room is up 3 full flights of stairs so be prepared to hual any luggage you bring. There is absolutely no kitchen area for cooking or dining but only a small refrigerator in a closet.

La gentilleza ed amabilità de la Signora Carla, qui rende questa structura più humana ed amichevole. Grazie mille a lei.
Inclure le petit déjeuner ou mettre une machine à café dans la chambre.
Souhaiter par exemple la Bienvenue lors des échanges de messages avec les codes d'accès, car on ne voit personne à part la femme de chambre qui est d'une énorme gentillesse et amabilité.
Merci donc à Signora Carla pour sa sympathie et la propreté irréprochable des lieux.
