About this bed and breakfast
Grand Canal Suite has six rooms furnished in a contemporary and elegant style, all equipped with heating, refrigerator, closet or closet, iron, and ironing board.
A reading area with sofas and armchairs has also been recreated in the large communal lounge where you can relax after a day spent among the calli of Venice.
This room is on the second floor and is furnished with a queen-size bed, closet, desk, and accessorized bathroom with shower.
The room is suitable for a maximum of two people.
The building does not have an elevator.
Our guests will have additional amenities such as a television, free Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment, air conditioning, and a hairdryer.
* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
*Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay.

We enjoyed our stay. We would have liked to have seen some glassware, plates and utensils etc but no luck. The public seating area was lovely. The lady who looked after the rooms was lovely. Perfect location for Piazza San Marco, Rialto and the train station. Great restaurants nearby. Trattoria alla Ferraro stood out. I might have misspelled that :) We would definitely stay here again.

Location of the property was perfect, we did not have to walk far with our suitcases from the people mover. Great view from the common area of the canal. My only complaint is that our room was 4 flights up and there was no elevator to help with bags. Not a place to stay if you have any mobility issues or difficulty carrying your luggage up stairs otherwise I would highly recommend this location.
