Good location, just a few hundred meters from the Venezia Mestre train station. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful at check-in. It’s a classic hotel with good value for money; the room is pleasant and clean, and the breakfast offers many options.
The bathroom could be larger and have a shower cabin instead of a small bathtub, but overall everything was fine.

The proximity to the train station made it very easy to travel to our areas of interest.
Verry good staff.
At breakfast, a little variety would be ideal. By the way, a cremvrust, tomato, cucumber, cheese or a fried egg would be a great help, for those with small children.

Nice location,close to bus stop and railway station. City of Venice is only a 20' ride with buses running regularly. Room was tidy and clean, bed and bathroom in great condition. Breakfast was included and was very good, indeed. Julia in the reception desk assisted in everything needed and answered all requests. Would stay again

Very close to bus/tram and train station - good location to get into Venice itself. Nice and helpful staff. Enclosed parking on the back of the property for 10€ a day (a bit tight drive, but places itself wide enough even for bigger cars). Room was clean, but old and used.
Hotel is quite old and really needs renovation. Despite everyday cleaning, you can have an impression it’s still dirty and not fresh. Smelly chemicals used for cleaning, towels as well with some unpleasant scent of vinegar. Very small bathroom with unpractical bath (shower would be better). Basic breakfast with not-so-well coffee.
