Property was clean and tidy. Owners dad met us to hand the keys and was very helpful with my heavy bags. Great location near all shops and restaurants.
There weren't sufficent toiletries to last the stay. No spare bin bags for the toilet or kitchen and only 2 toilet rolls for entire stay of 5 days.
All our other apartments provided toiletries for our entire stay and we also had our bins emptied and clean towels provided every 2 days. May be this is something Helios might consider to make it an excellent stay for your guests.
In Australia we are not use to emptying toilet bins.
